Criminal law and procedure – appeal against sentence imposed in terms of a plea and sentence agreement in terms of s 105A of the Criminal Procedure Act 51 of 1977 – whether plea and sentence agreement correctly reflected what had been agreed – can in the circumstances only properly be challenged in a review application and not on appeal – appeal dismissed.
